Cozy stay with super nice staff!

We had a good time! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. They had a snack bar with tasty cookies and a water dispenser that was super handy. Just a bit odd having the sink outside the bathroom. Also, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear noises from the next room sometimes.

The room advertised did not match what I received. It was misleading and resulted in a very disappointing experience. Additionally, the location near a mosque meant I was frequently woken up by the early morning call to prayer, which was extremely disruptive.

I had a fantastic stay. The location was excellent, with great access to halal food and MRT stations. The staff were friendly and trustworthy. My room included a free minibar and was cleaned daily. I will definitely return. 😊

The NuVe Basic Room I stayed in was pretty cozy. Did smell fresh and clean. There was free cola and fresh drinking water outside. The bidet in the toilet was a nice touch! Definitely felt the springs on the bed too. Just keep in mind the mosque nearby, you can hear every prayer. Location is solid though!
